This beautiful left-hand powderhorn has a turned horn spout and plug with an octagon-carved and dyed center section and engrailed edge. The horn has a nice twist.

The base plug is turned spalted maple with a deep oil finish. The base is fastened with five brass pins and has a screw-type brass filler plug. Horn is colored for a fine aged look.

The suede leather strap has adjustable leather lace connections.

From the tip of spout to base plug, the horn measures 16" along the outside curve. Diameter of the horn base is 2.5".
