Steelhead Lobed Fish Powder Horn

Sold: $195

Another fun but functional fish powder horn, for left side carry. The slender double-curved body has an aged yellow patina and is deeply carved in a “big fish eats little fish” motif.

A strap groove is carved into the tip. The “fin tail” spout plug is horn, and the inset base is myrtle. The spout is turned maple. The base is secured with 8 brass nails.

A 90 grain powder measure of flamed copper and tagua nut turned to complement the horn is included, and is 4.5” long.

The horn is 11.5" along the curve from base to tip with an oval diameter of 2.5” at the base.
