This tomahawk is completely hand forged and shaped from carbon steel. The hexagon pipe bowl has two grooves. The top of the blade has a hand-filed foliage pattern and the bottom has a wave pattern. The blade is finished in a plum brown patina.
The grip is of beautifully patterned curly maple with a scalloped pewter upper band and a center pewter shield band. The upper section has six finger grooves. The mouthpiece and cleanout plug are also cast-in-place pewter, filed to shape.
The blade is a hefty 8” long and 2.5” wide. The hawk is 23” long from mouthpiece to plug.
