A wicked and sleek hand-forged W2 steel blade (by Uhrs Chantell), Japanese clay heat-treated with a visible Hamon. The blade is partially double-edged, with a single curve along the top edge and a double curve on the bottom edge. A solid brass guard is soldered to the blade for strength.

The grip is purpleheart, with carved finger grooves. A copper and brass mosaic pin finishes the butt.

The flat 3-ply sheath is hand-made from heavy vegetable-tanned saddle leather, wet-molded to fit, and dyed a rich mahogany color.

The blade is 9” long and 1.25” wide. Overall length of the knife is 14.5”.

Architecture and award-winning museum-quality custom handmade knives, edged weapons, powder horns, tomahawks, war clubs, jewelry, metal sculpture, cribbage boards, flint and obsidian knives, Japanese swords, menorahs, and more from Tucson, Arizona artist and architect Larry Gotkin.
