Custom Handmade Powder Horns and Accessories for Sale & Commission

Larry Gotkin’s custom, handmade powderhorns and powder horn accessories offer museum-quality, artisan craftsmanship for the serious collector or re-enactor.

Powder horns (powderhorns) — commonly used to carry an individual hunter's or soldier's gunpowder supply during the muzzle-loading era — are flasks or containers made from the hollowed-out horn of a cow (horn or antler from oxen, bison, water buffalo, elk, and other horned animals also were  used). Powder horns are lightweight, waterproof, and spark-free.

Please scroll down to view powderhorn measures and accessories, which appear below the powderhorns.
